Typography Brief
The Brief
Develop a series of film posters and any following promotional material for a chosen director. The feature posters must be exclusively typographical with no images or illustrations.
The Outcome
An interesting challenge to overcome, the posters featured defining quotes from each of the four chosen films. These quotes were repeated and overlaid, then set in the shape of an iconic symbol of the film with the pivotal word of the quote sticking out. Taking these posters, cinema lobby stands and a web feature was developed to compliment them. This was another university project I was proud to get a first for and I feel it demonstrates my ability to think laterally about a design problem.
